With over 10 years in the tech world, I’ve navigated constant change, figured things out on my own, and climbed the ladder to become a leader. Along the way, I discovered that what truly lights me up is helping others do the same — not just succeed, but feel seen, empowered, and supported.

I know what it’s like to chase big goals while managing self-doubt, burnout, and the never-ending pressure to “get it right.” I’ve led teams, coached individuals, and helped people grow — professionally and personally — by cutting through the noise and focusing on what actually matters.
